E-kyc facility is available in this application. But Don't to how to use that. I have already do e-kyc via face authentication, and OTP and also get message on screen that e kyc successful. And you can proceed to creat card. But after doing all this process I didn't get new screen to creat card. And when I login again with OTP again it reflects to do e kyc. I have done this procedure for more than 25 times. No result. Pathetic app experience. At last I understand this is Government app.

Very poor performing app during peak time. I.e. during duty hours 9 am to 5 pm,admin please look out the server problem everytime on everyday of the app. Unable to do the work smoothly, what is happening.

For beneficiary, No Re-do KYC option are available so many things needed to update but unable to do it. So please provide Redo KYC for beneficiary role. Not just for the operator only.
