I recently started a BitcoinIRA account, so I decided to get the app for convenience. So I click "create an account" and it has me put my email and create a pswd, and then put my phone number for a verification code. However, I never get the code. I don't get any text at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still have the same issue. Also, there is NO option help, or live chat or an email address for cust service, or a FAQ page or ANYTHING like that on this app. Absolutely no help.

Changed from 4 stars. User interface is not good. Trades do not happen right away, take hours to clear. Portfolio does not have links to trade. Cannot choose to trade in dollars or units/ coins. I may move my account, Robinhood much easier to use, immediate trades. Looking for alternatives. **Update: Thanks for the reassurance. STILL waiting. **Update: Wanted to trade today but app would not let me. Still waiting on those improvements. I no longer recommend this app. IOs app is no better.

App is ok and shows stats but at times not updating accurately and price of crypto highliy inflated compared to most other. Ahot sites. There is no way to reach support through app either via email, link within profile or even a contact us link or number. Everything relating to support has to be searched via online and is not made easy to contact. Almost like once you sign up, they make it difficult to get help. Reached out several times over past week and still not one response, poor service.
