PROS: Rates are cheap especially if you are driving on expressway, customer service is pretty good. CONS: really hard to get a car on weekend afternoon and evening. It having a subscription fee doesn't help with the unpredictable availability of cars. Recently having quite a bit of technical issues when unlocking cars at kiosks, you can be at the kiosk and it releases your car and someone else takes it, customer service can't do anything about it other than provide you with credits for next ride

The app has turn worst after their recent major system upgrade. No queue-pop and cannot saved favorite carparks. Start and ending rental is also not as easy as last time. However, having mentioned all tje above bad points, Bluesg is still the car to go to if you want a point to point driving. Hope that the developers can quickly patch all the issues.

Update: Reduced by 1 more star because a booking got stuck on my app and it's still not fixed after 10 days, preventing me from making any bookings. Old app functions are still missing months after their "upgrade" e.g. queuing for bookings & favourite locations. Very useful service destroyed by absolutely incompetent developers. For those unable to log in, reset password to 10 alphanumeric characters. No special symbols.
