I booked and paid for a ticket using the app but had to cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances. The app indicated the refund was under process, but it has been over a month now, and I still haven't received my cash back. Repeated inquiries to customer service only result in the same vague response. This long delay and lack of transparency are frustrating. While booking is easy, the refund process needs major improvement.

Worst app ever . I had to book 2 seats separately. When I was booking my second seat money was deducted from my account but seat was not booked I contacted bookkaru but they said they didn't received any money so I had to book an extra seat. When I filed a complaint instead of returning the money they just booked that seat after 15 days of my travel and now they are saying that your invoice is unpaid.Worst app and staff non cooperative don't ever download this app it will take your money

Worst experience using Bookkro. My entire experience with this app was marred by misinformation, leading to a frustrating situation. By searching for available buses and selecting a convenient time, i proceeded with booking, but when i arrived at the bus station, i discovered there is no bus scheduled for the time. Bookkaro failed to deliver on its promises. When i tried to contact customer support, they didn't even bother to attend the call. Its a complete waste of time and money.
