Have been trying for weeks to reset password and nothing works. I use the reset link, reset password and get an error that my session timed out. When I go to log in using the newly created password, I get an inaccurate password error. My provider tried sending me a new activation code, but that doesn't work bc I already have an account, I just can't get into it. Beyond frustrating.

The app thinks I need all supplies only every 3 months and won't let me order as needed every month. I reported this multiple times over the past 10 months to my CPAP provider with no fix. No obvious was to report problems within the app. This app seems decent aside from this but this issue makes it unusable and I have to waste time every month calling in to request new supplies.

Can't even get past the verify info. You want access to the camera and then the screen goes white and closing/reopening doesn't work. I've clear cache. Now I reinstalled and I can no longer paste in my complex password like I could before. I'm about to give up. This is a waste of time. I'll go back to the website. This is pointless.
