I used this app last year and it was very useful. This year it won't even open for me. Tech support can't seem to help. I'm hoping it gets fixed before I get there on Thursday because it was very helpful in the past. Edit: I added one additional star because the app was updated in time to use for the conference. Worked great for two days then stopped working on day 3. Now I can't get to all the notes I took in the app.

App is very slow to open, poorly organized, difficult to use. Much info was inaccurate and did not match what was in print schedule. Requires way too many permissions and makes it too hard to protect users' privacy. Also could not turn off useless notifications.

Was able to download the app and create an account, but it won't go any further. The screen goes to a couple of photos and the stoppe with an error that after trying again closes. Uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing happening.

Hello Isign 4Him, apologies for any issues you may have experienced. An updated version of the app was released earlier today. In the top right menu you should see an option to "refresh schedule."
