This app crashes constantly. When I try to make a payment I get to the end and press submit and it crashes and doesn't make my payment. When I go to submit a claim it let's me go through ALL the steps and then crashes when I try to upload my invoice making me start all over. I've decided to just start doing everything on the website. This app is trash.

2 emails telling me payment hasn't gone through so far. Card was already close to dead so that much is fair. Opened app to try saving a new card but it won't take. Just keeps saying there's an error and to call customer service. Same thing happens when I try to just do a one time payment method. I'm more likely to just get insurance elsewhere than I am to sit on hold or talk to a robot. Take my money or I'll give it to someone else.

This app is AWFUL!! For months I have tried submitting claims and every single time I want to take a picture, the screen goes black and I get booted out. Then if I want to go to my photo files, it takes me to my Bitmoji pictures!! WHAT?? Why haven't they fixed it?? Now, when I go to my PC, I'm going to have to jump thru hoops to get these submitted. Either get it fixed or get rid of it.
