Very very bad service, Extremely disappointing experience. Despite paying for a cylinder refill, the service was never fulfilled. When you apply, the app provide contact number supposedly to be of assigned individual for the delivery , but they're utterly ineffective and will not even attend your calls. It's a scam that will leave you out of pocket. Considering legal recourse. Strongly advise against using this app; it offers no support and is a complete waste of time and money.

I don't recommend this service as they waste your time and at the end they don't deliver the Gas Cylinder, they got me in trouble multiple times, very sad as this could be a great app if they consider to hire experienced staff and provide good service .. you replied that you have delivered the order which is not true, I have all communication with your driver and can show this to the consumer protection authority, very bad service and attitude.

First two orders were delivered successfully and it was very professional in the beginning. There was feedback call once the status was changed to delivered. Later on, very poor service. The order shows as delivered though we have not received the cylinder. The complaints placed are selectively replied that makes people get irritated. How the driver can deliver without calling the person who placed the order? Surprisingly the feedback call has been stopped. Order Id: 50806
