Completely useless app. Went to the laundromat to find that I need to use this thing to pay now. downloaded the app, tried to add money, but the app just completely bugs out. I tried with 2 different payment options for 10mins. In the end I just left without doing laundry. Been going to my local laundromat for two years now, won't be going back if I have to use this thing. The previous system with MobilePay worked perfectly, now it's just broken. Idiotic business decision.

App worked fine for me until I suddenly needed to add a balance instead of directly paying. Balance was 50 NOK, payment was 25 NOK, 'not enough balance' error. Withdrawing balance costs 30 NOK but it is inevitable because you have to add more money than you need because of the dumb error. Edit: apparently this is because of the refill limit. Still dumb. A refill limit shouldn't make you unable to use the money in your balance.

Absolute disgraceful app and company. From one day to another they force you to put money on a balance, instead of just paying directly. Also they dont let you wash your clothes even though i had enough money on my balance to pay for it, so I had to put extra money on the balance. In addition to that they charge you 20DKK.- to withdraw your money. Nothing but scoundrels. We will be working on finding another company for hour condo units.
