The interest rates will be determined as per your credit profile and our risk assessment.

Ratings and reviews

I had an app crash issue. And I send you the details as you requested. But it's not solved. Finally I found what's the real issue. Its crashing because of secure folder feature of samsung. When I uninstalled secure folder the one card app works perfectly. But no other apps have this issue. Hope you guys solve this in next update.

Onecard is easy to use on online and offline purchases. I am disappointed with the fact that there is no live customer support and chat AI is irritating and not helpful. It failed to explain hidden charges. They have lot of hidden charges at repayment like processing fee, sgst, cgst, Emi fees etc. which is not explained at the time of making purchases. Total amount to pay back is higher than the one emi agreed with merchant. Specially when i opted for no cost emi offer and i see interest charge.

My friend has referred to this credit card. Initially, I got a message saying I'm eligible for this metal credit card. When I entered all my details, it mentions KYC failed. Even after that, I got multiple message mentioning my card limit but whenever I open this application, the error remains. Sent multiple mails for OneCard team but no solution. Waited for 7-8 months. Now, it has moved to the next step. But no confirmation on card. Applying to this card is time consuming process.
