The internet service is absolutely phenomenal! I went from 15mb(dl) and 1.5mb(ul) max with Windstream, to well over a 1gb parallel with CVEC. As for the control app though, it is pretty basic and could use some upgrading. I know that the fiber service is new and as their company matures surely they will make improvements. it's not a bad app at all. I have yet to find any bugs or glitches to speak of. I just think it could use a few QOL improvements. (router reset) (pause devices from app)..etc.

I have had several kinds of Internet and this is the first one that I have had No problems with. Windstream always told me where I live I was lucky to have it. Dish 📡 always froze up. AT&T said I was lucky if I had anything. CVEC Fiber is the only one I have not lost service or has frozen up. 👍👍👍👍👍
