same message every time ( internal error no data found) ...really its been one year trying to login to this application this is the worst app, my sister is easily using other app for her bank and i call the customer service 5 time's they have no idea. Edit.: its been 3 years since my last review and the application improved alot and become easy to use.

Dear developers of the app. When i finish any transaction, i have the option to share or download the receipt. If i would like to retrieve the SAME receipt later in the future, the system is not allowing me. Let me know please the purpose of this restriction. The receipt during the transaction is something that can be downloaded/shared and after some time is not? Thank you

There is no area where our QID is being requested when it has expired like Commercial Bank. There should be a continous reminder. Please introduce this features. After the grace of 90 days and QID is not renewed, the account should be put on hold. Until the account holder reports in person to clear himself/herself with a valid QID. Just my input and suggestion. My QID expires in April 16 2024, I have a renewed one, I wanted to attached it but couldn't fine a place to. Thanks
