Update: the team contacted me the next day after I complained and they resolved everything with ease for me. Still, there's room for improvement. Thank you very much, though! (older) I tried to log in from a different phone, giving the same email and phone number, and I lost my balance both on the new and old phone.

Το πρόβλημα ήταν ότι στην πρώτη σας εγγραφή είχατε εισάγει λάθος ένα ψηφίο του τηλεφώνου σας. Έχουμε ήδη μεταφέρει το υπόλοιπό σας από τον λανθασμένο λογαριασμό στον σωστό όπως μπορείτε να διαπιστώσετε.

I have been using the application for a couple of years now. It's easy to use and does what is expected. I contacted the team to resolve a compatibility issue with my new device, and they informed me within a couple days that a new version which resolves the issue is available. Suggestion: An easier method to top up would be nice, because at the moment, user needs to fill in the credit card information each time to top up. The app could store locally the credit card data or integrate with Paypal

Not the best! Minimum charge is 10 euros, and the location icon doesn't automatically take you to your position, instead you have to scan the whole area to find where you 're at. There is no convincing me that this app meets the minimum requirements to even be out there and be used by the general public, not to mention that the cost per hour is preposterous when you can find numerous private parking spaces for less ina 2 hour window.
