MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS:

Find your forgotten and unwanted subscriptions and we’ll help cancel them for you! DoNotPay also offers a free trial card that you can use when signing up for free trials.

Let DoNotPay lower your bills for you. From medical bills, utility bills, to cell phone bills, simply send a picture of your bill and our expert negotiator will fight to get you a better rate or credits applied to your account.

FIND HIDDEN MONEY:

Whether it's an uncashed payroll check, forgotten dividends, or closed checking accounts, DoNotPay will locate any unclaimed property you may have under your name and claim it on your behalf. DoNotPay will also help you appeal bank fees. These fees can range from overdraft fees, late fees, interest fees, NSF fees and more!

BEAT BUREAUCRACY:

Appeal your parking and traffic tickets, schedule DMV appointments, make FOIA requests, and voice your concerns with government agencies.

Omg there really needs to be a "back" option. If you go through pages and pages of services and you choose one, or hot the wrong button then you have to go back to the home screen and go through all the pages again to pick up where you left off. Super frustrating. And the bot lawyer is an extra fee. Very misleading. This is a good concept but it just needs some fixing.

At first I was super excited. Then about a week after paying for it, I realized it's not worth it. It boasts great promises and the outcome is lackluster at best. I started on the webpage, downloaded the app it took me over a week to know even existed, only to be unable to log in with my phone number since I signed up with my email. Despite my phone number being in my account. Ive tried password recovery, refunds, etc and I've gotten entered into a raffle, and a magazine subscription so far. 😮‍

Completely nonfunctional app. I've submitted three different tasks for the app to complete for me. None of them have finished in 2 days. Their customer service email promises support within 24 hours but I haven't heard anything even with repeated followup. Now I need to dispute the ridiculous $36 charge from their app - my to do list is LONGER now! Absolutely awful.
