This is just another app that Ryder has that doesn't work. Besides why can't they just have 1 app for everything that the employees would need instead of always having to sign in and get kick out because it says the user name is wrong or the password is wrong. Also stop with the always having to change the password and the can't use the last 10 passwords, I can barely remember the ones I have. Make an app that actually works.

It does not bring up new registration. It simply asks for username and password. I am not yet registered, therefore I dont have a un or pw. It was great they took the initiative to send a packet laying out instructions for logging in/registering, but this just isn't the case when you download the app. Frustrated with this one. At least ADP's app was easy to register. Please fix!

Terrible. Everytime i pick an app, myryder, appian, workday etc. I have to login, and then send a code via text. And then text doesnt come for 20 min, and everytime i check for the text i have to restart the process all over again. I dont have time for this! This makes SMO look like Elon Musk designed it. All these extra steps, for what? Seriously. You say you want to cut down the time we spend using the computer, and then you tripple the time it takes to do anything in app!
