The app just stopped working. It keeps saying connectivity issues. But there are no issues. I have tried it on 2 different wifi networks and the mobile data only. Everything else on my phone is connecting seamlessly and working fine. But now this app. So I checked for an update and there isn't any. I had to Uninstall the app and reinstall it. Now it is asking me to either register for a new account or change phone numbers. But this is the same phone and number! Very frustrating to paying clients

The new updated app is a great improvement, love the UI, the fonts, appearance of receipts and how responsive the app is, this is a major step forward. Only complain is why electricity usage, meter balance and total spent aren't pulled from the meter and accurately displayed in the app for easy monitoring. Hope it is implemented soon for a great and an incomparable experience. Kudos👌🏾

Frankly a waste of time, data, space, and phone battery. I've had one terrible experience after another, and I've never been able to use. Three months after entering my meter details, the app keeps telling it's still verifying my meter. Then I updated it, not expecting anything better. I was right. Same old! Trying to delete the info and start afresh, "can't fetch districts" pops up and I'm stuck. Another time, "unable to log in" is the error that greets me. The most useless app ever.
