Ratings and reviews

Cannot play any mp4. Very bad app

I already wrote this before but no action was taken. I don't understand why there are no ratings or reviews for sellers in the first place? This should make easy for the buyers (to trust) as well as sellers to sell their stuff with positive reviews. As a seller i receive plenty of spam/scam messages from buyers all over the world but no action is taken against them. And now recenty the views, phone number views etc shows 0 for some reason even though people messaged me regarding the ad.

Fraud adds are not reviewed by your system. I received an add which was fraud and person was saying he will send cars from Japan. He blocked and deleted the add as soon as I said not interested. I don't want anyone to get victimized due to such adverse. It was 2018 Santa fe and camry which are very costly in dammam market and this user kept only 15k riyal for neat and clean cars. Suggestions: such type of advertising must be checked.
