Good service & Reliable, I have one issue where i live in Samad and work for Galfar , and when I book my trip either in the application or in our management office, unfortunately, my town(Samad Ash shan) does not appear in the application in the city search box, except for the state of Al-Mudhaibi. Please add my town in the next update. Thanks to PDO for making our trip safe ,easy & comfortable.

The app is horrible as it's very sluggish, the server doesn't respond most of the time to get your trip booking. There is a feature to show the bus location but it does not work since the start. The otb does not work now so you have to get it through the email. I wish they stop this nonsense with this contractor as this is now a corporate app that half functional.

Tracking in not working. Bus start point did not match what was in app, I was about to miss the buss became of this issue, but luckly I asked people around.
