Overall the recent April 5th eMobile update from ESI and the eSIP call server F/W .99 upgrade along with all the recent Endpoint F/W updates to my office phones in conjunction with this release all is working very well. It has been a work in progress for ESI, I am very patient and feel this mobile client is heading in the right direction now. I do feel that the sound quality is getting much better, the delay and latency is not nearly as noticeable as was before. I did upgrade my Droid to the Android 11 software with the new 3.1 UI so the Samsung is performing so much better now helps a great deal, along with the ESI eMobile improvements on the App, this should make for a far more stable and useful experience. I will keep using it and report back later. so far in very limited tests it is working well.

Horrible. App worked at first, but ever since it was "upgraded" and put back on Google it won't connect to the server, can't answer calls, can't make calls. It will let me know I missed a call (that never rang in on my phone) but then I can't access the voicemail. We spent alot of $$ on a phone system that would let us work remotely and this app has really let us down.

Sound quality is extremely poor. Every call I have had using it ends quickly we me calling them back on a cell or landline. Sometimes when I am on the office phone the cell will continue to ring and the red "end call" button is not responsive. I have to power off the cell to get it to stop. Will probably uninstall.
