The App Deleted some of my account information and won't let me add it again. The support is horrible. Chat let's you send messages and then tells you they "will get back to you." Then I tried to cancel my subscription several times and received the " Oops, something went wrong" message. I should not spend hours trying to cancel my subscription if it only took me 5 minutes to subscribe. Don't subscribe unless you're willing to pay for it forever.

I was really excited about this at first but I can only open the app half the time and the other times it keeps giving an error saying they "do not provide service in this country". I know this is a common error and they are surprisingly slow at solving problems. The app is perfectly fine with charging me with money and accept my payment but when I want to watch something, it suddenly doesn't provide service here. Get to it, guys. The time is money, and this money is about to slip away.

Advertisement streaming rather than video. App stops streaming the video as soon as the ads are completed so you restart again or go back to main menu and start from where you left. 4 more ads, then it stops again, go back and forth, 4 more ads .. Forces you to upgrade to a more expensive package. One of the worst paid streaming apps I've used although the contents are good. I don't recommend.
