Newest version crashes on startup. Reinstall doesn't fix it. It says it's detected "clicking apps" and won't start, although I don't use anything like that. Horrible. This is garbage. The local branch says it's a password issue, but we know better. I can login to the web with my credentials just fine. We've been thinking about switching banks for about a year now. This will probably make the decision easier.

Completely worthless app if I can't make a mortgage payment from it, and your website is just as bad. It doesn't accept passwords, always has errors, etc. Every time I walk into a branch to make a payment, the teller mentions how much easier it is to make a payment online. Nothing like talking yourself out of a job, right? Anyway, I'll be mailing my payment, and definitely finding another lender for my mortgage. Try blackout design in Dunmore. Maybe they can build a functioning webpage.

Login issues almost daily. When it does let you log in it usually crashes moments later. Not sure what the problem is but it's extremely irritating. Update 6/14/21- issues have gotten worse. Considering changing my bank due to not ever being able to login to check balances without trying 6 or 7 times at the very least. Get your s*** together already like the f***
