The customer care facility is very poor while trying to clear the doubts on the amount due. The chargeable number doesn't even have an option to connect to a representative. The card's total outstanding amount is not updated in the app and even without giving the option of auto debit, my account has been debited multiple times. There is a relatively high sum amount due that is showing which is not correct as I have paid all my monthly dues, but still the total outstanding keeps on increasing.

Yes! Ur app is not user friendly. What I have faced was, workout my knowledge, auto debit option has enabled and to stop. I had to write letter to head office. It took more than 3 months to stop that. Is digital India is not enable in SBI C.C.. Issue 2 the earned reward points gets wasted because there is no encashment options. 3rd issue is not able to reach the costumer care list other bank...Do the needful.

I have been using the sbi card mobile app for almost two years but since the last 3 months I am unable to login the app. When I click on the app after few seconds it appears on the phone screen as sbi card keeps stopping. Several times I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled then also the same issue continues. What should be done now?
