The kind of nonsense that happens on the app is beyond mind boggling. I used the "airtime to cash" feature to sell airtime. I have transfered airtime to the number so provided, sent transaction receipt and it's been buffering for God know till when. If this eventually pulls through, I'd delete this, never to use it again and ask my friends to do the same. This is the height of absolute unreliability.

If you are looking to trade your gift cards then this isn't an option. An app that pays you when they like and have no help center number. All reviews are met with the same response which means it's automated.. Transact at your own peril!!

So, I made an airtime to cash transaction about a month ago. My airtime was received, but the snapshot request page disappeared before I could take the snapshot. Granted. This may have affected the flow of things. But the airtime was received! I believe you have your records! I have repeatedly sent mails detailing the exact transaction details including the time sent. Still no definitive resolution! And why isn't there a customer care phone number apart from an email?! Scam!
