Can't even do a simple internal transfer. Everything is up to date both app and phone, Information is entered correctly, tried to uninstall and reinstall, and nothing. UPDATE: Still no response from email and telephone "helper" said "sorry to here that just use the desktop online version". No I shouldn't have to if there's an app for it which is not functioning properly. Never had this frustrating issue on my IOS iPhone.

Updated: 3/14/24 App has been redesigned and now works great! No complaints. Problems with app are not just on new phones. I had an older Samsung Note 8 and the app stopped working around 12/21, despite deleting and reinstalling. Nope. Recently upgraded to a Samsung S22 Ultra, and the app still won't work. When you choose to bank with an institution that has very few branches near you (only 3 in all of So Cal), the mobile app is SO IMPORTANT. G1 has said they are fixing this problem FOR MONTHS.

Updated from: The app takes 3-5 attempts to just open up to log in. Untrustworthy! It's just a basic app. Since I never go into a branch, it may be time to switch to an online-only bank with a great app that is accessible. Update: I was shocked to learn that the app operates as it should. Although it took 6 months to fix, it seems to be working now. It's earned a few more stars.
