Everything was so smooth from the log-in, to the contents browsing, to the reward's redemption, to the movie/cinema/seats/F&B selection, to the payment completion and finally the e-ticket issuance. It's user friendly, nice & clean UI. Just the F&B ala-cart's section is a little glitchy. I don't understand why there are so many 1-star ratings. The app works. Hopefully I won't encounter any problem like the others mentioned.

Terribly unstable app. Slow and useable. 1) After purchasing, there will be no notification that your purchase is successful and it gets really buggy. Each time I purchase tickets via the app, I always fear the unexpected. 2) Sometimes during purchasing stage, error keeps occuring despite restarting and logging out umpteen times. Pls look into this urgently before losing out to other cinemas. Besides, you are already saving so much from hiring real workers vs automated manpower.

One of the stupidest apps online. Whenever I want to buy a ticket, the app just lists all the cinema in Malaysia instead of showing the list based on your location or past purchase.
