Disgusting customer experience. Fail app. It allows you to select seats and food while you are not logged in. When you try to pay, it says "session expired". The solution is to make sure you are logged in first. Ok fine, I figured it out after few tries. Logged in, selected, successfully authorized the payment via my banking app, but GSC app says failed. Went back to try again. I cant select same seats because I already booked it, but I have no tickets. Terrible.

How long does it take to fix your app. You have taken out the counter service option and have made the whole ticket purchasing experience horrendous. I am seriously planning to boycott gsc and patron other cinemas. Since the voices here clearly shows you are not taking feedback from customers seriously. Absolutely disappointing. My issue after selecting tickets and food, I get asked for addon which I click the cart below with RM0.00 addon. I get an error and get kicked out. This is on Android.
