Worst experience ever !!!! I have been trying to log a compliant but the useless chat bot doesn't let me either connect to agents or not workingat all . Always says systems are down and try again later. In the last 6 years I have never thought of changing connection but now I feel I should reconsider owing to poor customer experience in solving issues

Worst app and worst data speed. App is unable to troubleshoot the issue and also no customer support. Speed is worst, even closer to router also. Speed not constant , so much fall and rise. Review in single word-'frustating' One of Executive say me to Recharge for 4 months, but after paying the same amount i shocked to see it was activated just for three months. No support/Solution/action from Hathway against this Scam and false commitment. Disgusting!!!

I have been using the internet for years now and their service is not reliable at all. Sudden connection out and intermittent connection won't let you work from home. Plus, their app is so great that you can't even raise a ticket when you need it the most. Interestingly, they will keep on reminding you about the plan renewal which is due after 20-25 days, but can't keep their service working without any issue. I won't recommend this connection to anyone!!!
