Unfortunately there's nothing fluid, friendly, or easy to use about heritage bank app. It's a colossal disaster and a total nightmare. It never opens, when it does it refuses to go through with transactions. There is always a problem with the bank service. This is an app you can't trust! More often than not you'll be left stranded and embarrassed when trying to make a payment for an item you've picked or service you've use. If there was a star lower than 1 I would have picked it begrudgingly.

Most of the time the app doesn't work. And when it does, transactions do not go through. Even the update to 2.0 is no longer available and the other mobile app - HB Mobile is nowhere to be found on playstore. One cannot eben request for account statement or anything.

Nothing fluid, user friendly about it. BVN and account balance is displayed openly. No option to hide it. The app functions periodically, totally unreliable. You must visit the bank to activate. If only I could review without giving a star! They don't deserve any star at all.
