Dev team clueless about CX. Forced instead of optional app updates. Can't use any of the services unless you update the app first making it practically useless 🤣. Proper apps give you a grace period of xx days to update or after xx versions before it locks you out.

Out of 4,300+ reviews, only TWO are postive. That should say something about the state of this app. I hate the forced updates, just eat up my data for no good reason. There's barely any visible change, and finding the bill when UI changed was a hassle. Still not used to it. I just want to check my bill is all, why does it have to be so hard?

Too crowded advertising. The 2Gbps upgrade is not a full network speed but rather only on WiFi's ideal throughput or hardware and gadgets performance. Can't take advantage of the speed upgrade for online gaming. Hopefully, they can correct this to a true fiber network upgrade.
