DWIZ 882 is a commercial news talk radio station serving the Mega Manila market. The station’s studio is located at the 5th floor of CityState Center, 709 Shaw Boulevard, Pasig City. True to its slogan, “Ang Himpilang May Todong Lakas”, DWIZ gives crisp and crystal clear sound which can be heard nationwide powered by 50,000 watts transmitter. Using Tagalog as its medium, it brings much needed news and information to its listeners all over the Philippines and neighboring countries through online streaming and mobile application.
DWIZ currently operates with 2 provincial stations comprising of: DWIZ 89.3 Dagupan, and DWIZ 94.3 Palawan.
Broadcasters: The station's viability is proven by its roster of competent, ethical, and credible broadcast journalists namely: Alex Santos, Jarius Bondoc, Jonathan dela Cruz, Jojo Robles and Conrad Banal, among others.
Programs: DWIZ 882 gives the listeners balanced programming by airing programs that cater to News and Information, Views and Opinions, Public Service, as well as other shows that are informative, educational and entertaining. To name a few these are: Balitang Todong Lakas, Ratsada Balita, IZ Balita Nationwide (Morning, Mid-day and Afternoon), Siyasat and Karambola, among others.

Ratings and reviews

The 6:00am edition is clear and no buffering. As it approaches midday it starts to play in a loop, buffer in a loop. Does not turn off other audio streaming like Spotify. Needs more improvement. I only need audio streaming while busy at work. A dedicated service streamlined for audio only would be great.

The app is informative with news both local and international. I use the app prolimarily to listen to the stations livestreaming. One problem is I have to scroll down to 3/4 of the page tap Play. Another thing if you open another app the livestreaming stops.

I have to uninstall. I cannot watch or hear the live show. Only a rerun. The whole day ive been trying to watch by going back then logging out but the same thing happened. Not a good app. Zero rate.
