Ratings and reviews

Terrible interface with lack of access to help. Depending on what you want to use the app for you'll be frustrated everyday or just use one aspect that meets your needs alone. Additionally, the payment controls for card payments is terrible and makes me even suspect if your data protection policies are working properly. I can delete my old cards myself and don't have the option of talking with a customer service person to resolve the issue.

There's literally a restaurant at my backyard that has the Hubtel sticker with their (restaurant's name) customized on it but Hubtel says "we don't deliver to your location yet" and also app always crashes and becomes unusable when I click on the "orders" tab. A simple search too doesn't show the said restaurant "Hoxton Food Court" So for now it's 1 star till this is addressed

Adding a hidden charge of 5 cedis to every item.. is that how low you've stooped, Hubtel? You give a full price breakdown already including service charges, delivery charges and item costs. Then out of nowhere you add 5 cedis to the price when the prompt comes to pay? This had better be a glitch.
