After the update,the apps unable to open

After updating the app, I can't log in to the computer version anymore. When I scanned the log in QR code the app gave me a blank page. When I tried to look at stream playback on the app--blank page. The app notified me to change my password, I clicked on it--blank page.... Nothing is loading properly.

Great concept and great content . But only one problem that it only supports chinese language so it makes hard to find what we are looking for in the app.
