2019: Was great. Update forced reregistration, which was frustrating. Now keeps losing my details and can't complete registration. App has been rendered useless. PS Vanquis, please do not tell me I can use the website. If I wanted to go to all that hassle I wouldn't have the app, would I? Also you are not doing your best to resolve this quickly as you have said to other users. 2025: you have done it again. Unregistered me with no warning.

Got the card to do a balance transfer, but can't actually do the balance transfer without the app. Unfortunately the app just crashes as soon as I open it. I'm an experienced developer who creates apps for work, so I'm not a novice in these things. I've tried everything and have a modern, mainstream smartphone with all software updates. Tried calling Vanquis who informed me the department that handled balance transfers was also down, so couldn't even do it there!

I am unable to use this app. It allows me to activate the card & go through all the security checks. When I successfully login via my fingerprint it just sits there on the Easy Access Digital Statements & there is no option to select, nor does it allow me to scroll left, right, up or down, etc. I have no issues with any of my other cards & their respective applications. Very poor show, 1 star is too good for this.
