Ratings and reviews

This app is outdated at best and the bill payment system is absolutely a joke. It takes as system that is supposed to be a convenience and makes it literally as humanly inconvenient as possible. There's no way to change it alter a schedule payment besides the next payment and if there is it is not easily accessed as I have had this app and used it for years and can't figure it out.

I have a hard time using the app. I get no response after entering the access code. Couldn't tell if the fingerprint sensor was doing anything. Didn't seem to be. Put my finger on the sensor and nothing happened. Still have a hard time with the app. Keeps asking me to check the endorsement and"look at picture" but it shows me a picture of the front of the check and says to make sure I can see the wt mobile endorsement. Also kept telling me to reduce angle when I had the phone straight over the c

The app is generally convenient, but the check deposit feature needs work. It snaps a photo of the check automatically and too quickly, instead of allowing you to snap a photo of the check when you're ready and have it lined up, and there sb instructions in the app for the mobile deposit text that you need to add to the check endorsement, instead of flashing it, again too quickly, as you take a photo of the back of the check.
