The company Energy Catamarca SAPEM offers users a mobile care center so they can access their business information, adding a new channel of communication with the Company.
This application seeks to improve communication throughout the EC SAPEM with more than 120,000 users across the province. Among its features, users can enter outages claims for accidents or weather events and keeping track of them, graphically display the historical evolution of their consumption and maturities of these, consult supply data, alerts scheduled outage as well as knowing the opening hours, contact numbers and information about places and payment.
