Very disappointing experience with the eJanata app. I created an e-account successfully, and before activation, the app never showed any issue with wrong credentials. However, after visiting the branch to activate my account, the app started showing ‘invalid user ID or password’ every time I tried to log in. the service should be improved with AI feature as this app is not running for almost 2-3 months and the features should be updated so that it is easier to use at the first hand. ejanata team should consider some common and popular items like paying bills,credit card, npsb, etc facilities. UI should be more user friendly as there as so many renowned mobile app from other top financial institutions (city bank,MTB,EBL etc).

I tried to sign up with ejanata app. After receiving OTP on my phone, the app supposed to take it automatically but it never happened. I also couldn’t type it despite trying so many times. Then I changed my cellphone and opened an account with the same phone number. But after replacing it to my old phone, I couldn’t log in. The same inconvenience happened. My cellphone model is Samsung A32.
