This was my go-to emulator for a long time, to the point where I believed removing ads was worth it. Unfortunately, it has become outdated for newer Pokemon Emerald rom hacks, which often don't support this emulator anymore. I only use it for GBC games now, with another app being used for GBA. However, if you are planning to play unmodded games, I'm sure your experience will be more positive.

Every time that I play some of my games on here it got this horrible static on the audio and I can barely even play the game. Because it's so ferocious And just gut wrenching terrible. This is the reason why i'm only giving a 2 star ratings instead of a 5 which that's what I would have given. There are definitely, some bugs that needs to be fixed especially, that's creating this horrible static noise from the audio.

Works well enough, but don't expect to keep a save on any long playthroughs. At multiple times in the last few months, with no rhyme, reason, or warning, the library just appeared empty and the app wouldn't recognize any GBC or GBA files. I still have my save states, but the app just no longer recognizes the games. Usually a quick re-install "fixes" things, but not this time. I ought to give this app 1 star cuz it just doesn't work, but I'll settle for 2 since it sometimes actually works right
