About this app

MySTRATA_HEAT works with your STRATA_HEAT WiFi Thermostat to keep your house at the right temperature automatically. It uses the location services already built in to your smartphone to calculate in the background how long it will take you to get home and set the temperature accordingly, so your home is automatically comfortable when you're there and always running efficiently.

It's great for single heating zones such as central heating and works even better with multi-zone systems like underfloor heating.

By using the automatic settings for different room types, MySTRATA_HEAT can keep zones you're not likely to be using at that time at a comfortable, but more efficient temperature when you're at home, ensuring bedrooms aren't unnecessarily heated during the day and just up to your comfort temperature when you're ready for bed.

With Natural Language Programming it's easy to make quick adjustments to your automatic program, or just set a simple time based heating program.

This app is non functioning and poorly designed. I have 4 thermostats in a brand new house. The set up process is unintuitive. Program settings randomly change. I set fixed temp at 74 and it resets to 41. The temperature on the thermostats is equally random. It is impossible to manually use them. I end up disconnected from wifi, using them as switches. A mind reader would do a better job than this app!! If I could I would rip them out and go with a different brand.

Unable to even create an account it says passwords mismatch no matter what in app. Was able to make one online with some effort and now my thermostat seems to have the wrong timezone and I cannot change it. Edit: timezone issue resolved itself but the app in general is buggy.

To set up the app I was asked not only for the usual name, email address and a password, but also the location of the house where the thermostat is. Using the zip code provided, the app placed the house in the wrong state. The app then asked for information regarding how much I pay for electricity and wouldn't let me skip those questions. That's the point where I stopped. There's no need for this information so that I can use a thermostat remotely. I deleted the app.
