I'm trying to finish a loan application but I can't submit because it's asking for official email address whereas I don't have a designated email at work. Is there nothing I can do about it? None of your contacts or communication channels is being attended to. It makes your customer service terrible. Please respond so I can finish the application

Please the app is very grey and faster. Try and link our existing loans to it so that we can have it hand than calling head office to request for loan statements Thanks and bravo

I think it's great and private that you can now operate using the app via an agent. the app is faster and more time saving than visiting the offices personally. it's amazing.
