LingkarTV is a television medium whose broadcasts use internet/streaming technology. Often also referred to as IPTV, LingkarTV broadcasts can be enjoyed through the Lingkar TV application in PlayStore.

Lingkar TV has entered the category of regional TV in Central Java with news coverage in the former Pati Residency, Semarang Residency and Surakarta Residency.

Lingkar TV is a part of the company under the auspices of the Lingkar Media Group ( Lingkar Newspaper, the online media Lingkar.news, and Lingkarjateng.id and Lingkartv.com).

Because in its broadcasts, Lingkar TV uses internet technology through the Lingkar TV application, according to statutory provisions, Lingkar TV in broadcasting is not required to have an IP2. This was based on the results of a consultation with the Central Java KPID which stated that the Government Regulation regarding IP2 (Broadcasting Organizing Permit) had not regulated the existence of television broadcasts using internet/streaming technology (youtube and website).
