Never had such a bad experience with any app before. I have been struggling with verification steps for a couple of days and spending several minutes doing the same step again and again, but it refuses to accept my verification. Worst development on the verification steps. It doesn't seem any real at all when one user keeps struggling to verify himself for hours having valid verification at hand but still getting refused. It was an absolute waste of time. Totally, the garbage app is.

A convenient option for people in need for a faster financial help, a quick response for loan approvals, however the App itself is pathetic in glitches and it doesn't connect you to their customer support most of the time when needed. I hope Barwaqt works on their app aswell and clear those small glitches so everyone could seek the advantage and help for their small financial occurs.

I took loan but now that I am trying to pay it back it constantly says network error on the app. Nothing on the app is working. I have been trying to pay it back for 2 days now but same network error shows everyday. You need to fix the issue as I will not be paying extra charges for a fault on your part. This is highly irregular. The review history shoes everytime someone tries to pay loan back they are facing the network error issue. Please have it fixed.
