The ability to add bar codes to Equipment and Parts Inventory directly from the app, is game changing. Really appreciate being able to update parts stocking levels right from my phone. The other mechanics can also scan parts the are using for repairs. I also heavily use the photo attachments, allowing me to capture "before and after" shots of the problem. This has been extremely helpful documenting what work is needed, and has taken place.

User support is non existent, always closed during their posted open hours. Constant sync errors with server. You have to continually reinstall in order to get it to sync. App is very slow and unresponsive at times. It's a good idea in theory, but it takes longer to get a workorder successfully completed and synced than to do the actual work. Implementation of the checklist system for inspections is poor. There is also no way to filter out old completed workorders from your work list.

It works great if and when it works. The problem is on my phone I don't get all of the information. I will generally get the work order and the original note attached to it and when it is assigned I get that but I seldom ever get the note from the person doing the work only that the work order is closed. Also some kind of auto refesh really, really needs to be worked in. That is another problem. If a work order is opened and closed in between times that I refresh the app I never even see it.
