There is no way to contact the driver. Estimation times of arrival are also inaccurate - wait was supposed to be 30+ mins but ended up being 1 hour+. The routing algorithm needs to be optimised so that trips with stops close to each other are completed first. It should only take 10 mins to reach my destination but because of how the app works, the driver has to go to the stop of the previous customer first which is 20 mins away. It took 30 mins to reach my destination in the end.

App itself is fine, the problem is the management, no actions are taken on their drivers even after weeks of complaint. There are drivers who arrive too late during pick ups which causes passengers to be dropped off late. Then there are drivers who arrive too early, leaving the pick up location 10-15 minutes before the pick up time even, which causes a lot of passengers to have their trip cancelled with a penalty. I am done with this app because of inability to resolve this problem. Good bye.

The most unreliable service ever. The drop off time and no. of stops keep changing as more orders come in. Driver was 10min late. 30min after boarding still not going towards my destination, just going round&round the same area. I asked the driver how many more stops before he drops me, he said not sure🤷‍♀ I decided to get off as I cant afford to just sit and wait cluelessly. Here I am, walking back to my pick up point to get a Grab after 45mins, for a supposedly 7min ride. What a waste of time
