The database is awfully slow and fails all the time. It happened to us that we bought tickets that were not shown, we put credit and it isn't there, we validated and instead of a ticket it used from the credit balance.... Very bad app! Also there is no support, there is no one you can call to resolve the issues. Very, very bad!

It is very difficult to use and inconvenient. The planner function depends on the Google solutions but Google do not have all the bus lines information, that means there will show no solution for the data that Google doesn't have. Also, for some of the bus stops there isn't any signboard in the actual location, so it's really confusing when you compare the map on the apps while you are finding a bus stop.

I could have used a better explanation on how to use the tickets that I bought. I had NFC, location and Internet active on my phone and I placed the back of my phone at the card reader, whereas you would place the face of the phone if you were paying by dialing 185. I would try without having internet on next time. Also the planer option is useless at the moment since Google doesn't map the stations :(
