If you let Google save/fill in your password for you, the app does not know you have entered a password and does not enable the "continue" button. Support was helpless for this issue and I had to figure out myself to type an extra character then delete it in order for the continue button/link to enable. I asked the support person to log an issue, they said they would, but, the response really gave me the impression that they were just going to hang up and not do anything. Finding a new bank!!!

For the past couple months, I have had to frequently uninstall and reinstall the app due to an error - retry/network busy. This happens at least once weekly. It appears to be an issue for quite a few! Last update was in October 2022... In a technology driven world, S&T needs to make sure to keep current! As a small business owner, my husband rarely banks in person and relies heavily on the app.

Extremely difficult and cumbersome to use, finger print doesn't work, won't remember passwords, low image quality on check deposits (led to rejected checks). Every deposit returns an error the first time as well, and it seems the stars have to align for one to be successful. I've noticed so many bugs as a user that I find it more convenient to visit the bank in person rather than try to use this app. So many negative reviews since 2011 and nothing has been done to improve this.
