Ratings and reviews

Useless application: 1) You cannot track newly-created orders to have ability amend them before they processed. 2) Stupid terms and conditions to upsale empty tare when you make your first order, but no reminder, also you may freely untick the option in order to avoid paying for empty tare(agree that it would be quite useful to narrate the fact you should pay for tare(even if it's weird) for the first time or make tickbox unremovable for the first order. -10/10, Bravo!

I downloaded this app just to left this review. It's not related to the app , but to the service overall. I was using this service for 3 locations I own, for a couple of years. Then i started to receive SPAM robot calls and sms very often . Calling sunday early morning was the final drop. Called them , asked to delete my phone from their bases. Got new message today. So basically if they have your phone They'll spam forever. Now I've changed my water provider to ANYTHING else. Stop the spam.

After the last update the app restarts when user tries to enter the delivery address (Huawei P30 Pro, Android 10). I can't create an order. Another bug: my password is not accepted on the website (validation message is displayed). Possible reason - special symbols are used in my password. Note: The app accepts this password. Update 23.01.'23: The critical bugs are not fixed yet. I still can't leave an order using the app or via website (my password is not accepted)
