App does not work with the latest Android version (13). I found an old phone that would support that version and it still cannot get it setup. FYI - YOUR ROBOT WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT A CONNECTION. This is a huge change from before where the bot didn't necessarily need one. I am probably going to be forced to return the vacuum even though their hardware is great (been a neato owner since the very first version). Extremely disappointed. Why did you tie your great hardware to terrible software?

Completely useless. I just got a D10 to replace an older model that no longer works. Not only does the vacuum refuse to do anything until paired to the app but the app completely locks up when it finds the robot (making it impossible to actually pair it). So now I have a $400 paperweight that is somehow less useable than the old one since that one would at least try to start a cleaning cycle. I'm returning this piece of junk and I'd recommend anyone else do the same.

Wish I had read the app reviews before purchasing. Have had unconnected Neatos for many years and loved them. My 8 year old one finally needed replacement. Took over an hour and two contacts to customer service to get it online and running. After the first run tried to edit maps to set up no go zones, but I only get blank pages. If I can't get it to work, I will return and save myself the headache. It's supposed to be a timesaver.
