Haven't used the app for 3 years. Decided to give it a second chance today. Ordered a ride from Belgrade airport. There is a big manual inside the app where to find the pickup point, with an attached video. The issue is the driver didn't want to go there. So he waited for us in the opposite part of the airport, on the road. then he drove with the speed of 70 kph all the way to the city. Also there is no support in the app, so you have no chance to make a claim

This app does not work. A person who worked at the hostel I'm staying at in Belgrade told me to download this and can use it to get to the hostel but it DOES NOT WORK. Another taxi driver had to order a taxi for me at the bus terminal. Don't waste your time. I'm downloading cargo and uninstalling this.

Does not let you enter alphabet characters in postal code, so unable to add credit card details. Huge oversight by developers.
