"I paid for a subscription, yet I still cannot watch live matches. What kind of service is this? Even after purchasing the subscription, your platform fails to deliver the main feature it promises. This is unacceptable. You seriously need to update and fix your system immediately, because paying customers should never be blocked from accessing the games they’ve already paid for."

One of the worst streaming experiences for a premium platform. The web version is even worse. They’ve been around for years with no real improvement. I only stay subscribed because they broadcast Bangladesh cricket matches.

Worst Subscription. Live games are buffering in every 30 seconds. Checked through broadband as well as mobile network, same lagging faced.
