Im using the Woojer Strap 3, and every time I try to update it, it goes to 100% and then shuts off. Then, when I turn it back on, it makes me do the same update again, and the cycle repeats. So I'm basically locked out of the app because it fails to update every time. All I wanted to do was use this with my meta quest 3 wirelessly, but I can't even do that without it muting the audio. I even tried it with the cables, and it refused to play audio and give haptic feedback simultaneously. 👎

Incredible piece of technology with a subpar app. Sync sound rarely ever works and makes it to your audio device and stops after one beat when it's supposed to be continuous. Everytime you uninstall and reinstall the app they require you to re-input full name email and phone number without checking if you have already. Requires precise location?!? There no reason this app needs that. Audio and vibrations reset for no reason all the time. And connectivity to Bluetooth happens when lucky.

App setup is easy, however it appears you can only pair a single device to the app, so if you have both a vest and a strap you will be constantly having to delete the other saved device to switch, I wish this were not the case. Otherwise the app seems simple enough with the control features, though it looks like it's not quite finished yet since a bunch of the settings give a toast pop-up message saying "coming soon" so hopefully there is actually more to come and it will improve over time.
